You may have heard of the term “solarpunk” in some science fiction settings. It describes a futuristic, sustainable world that’s based around going green and melding the environment with the man-made. “Lunarpunk” is its whimsical little cousin. Sci-fi meets fantasy in a sleek, magically powered society. Architecture with ornate arches, solar panels, and glowing plants climbing every facade. 50s-style vehicles that run on runes and stardust. Enchanted crystal tablets that look uncannily like iPads. This is the aesthetic of our story’s civilizations.
